Chicory muffins
Delicious, comforting and healthy, we offer you a recipe for chicory muffins:
For 6 beautiful muffins
- 100g of flour
- 2 tablespoons of N°1 - The Original
- 80g dark chocolate
- 3 tablespoons of maple syrup
- 1 egg
- ½ packet of yeast
- 5cl of hot vegetable milk
- 5cl of oil
Recipe
- Preheat the oven to 180°C and butter the muffin tins.
- Dilute the chicory in hot milk and maple syrup.
- Mix the flour and yeast in a salad bowl.
- Make a well then add the egg, chicory mixture and oil.
- Mix the dough lightly then add the chocolate previously cut into pieces.
- Mix the dough a second time, it should not be completely smooth.
- Fill the molds ¾ full with a tablespoon and bake for 15-20 minutes.
- Remove from the oven once cooked and turn the muffins out onto a rack to cool.
