RECETTE : MUFFINS À LA CHICORÉE

Chicory muffins

Delicious, comforting and healthy, we offer you a recipe for chicory muffins:

For 6 beautiful muffins

  • 100g of flour
  • 2 tablespoons of N°1 - The Original
  • 80g dark chocolate
  • 3 tablespoons of maple syrup
  • 1 egg
  • ½ packet of yeast
  • 5cl of hot vegetable milk
  • 5cl of oil

Recipe

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C and butter the muffin tins.
  2. Dilute the chicory in hot milk and maple syrup.
  3. Mix the flour and yeast in a salad bowl.
  4. Make a well then add the egg, chicory mixture and oil.
  5. Mix the dough lightly then add the chocolate previously cut into pieces.
  6. Mix the dough a second time, it should not be completely smooth.
  7. Fill the molds ¾ full with a tablespoon and bake for 15-20 minutes.
  8. Remove from the oven once cooked and turn the muffins out onto a rack to cool.
It's ready ! All you have to do is enjoy!
