Nouré was born from a paradox: why is it so easy to buy matcha, coffee or all these drinks that come from the other side of the world and contain stimulants while it is impossible to order chicory, a hot drink French par excellence, on the terrace of a café?

At Nouré, convinced of the power of chicory, we gave ourselves a mission: to dust off this drink to allow everyone to take care of their health and the planet.

Our chicory is organic, made in France, without any stimulants and rich in fiber. And above all, it is delicious!

More than a healthy drink, it's a state of mind: listening more to your body, being attentive to the environment in which you live and letting your natural energy express itself. The best of nature to reveal the best version of yourself (and awaken your taste buds!) .

Rigorously selected ingredients
Back to basics: nature, close to home. We have selected certified organic chicory, mostly from France (when there is not enough, we sometimes have to harvest some in Belgium or the Netherlands).

And for our other flavors, the same requirement: exceptional cocoa certified organic and fair trade. The next recipes are coming soon!

Organic Agriculture
We have chosen organic, in order to offer a healthy and green drink for the planet. Our chicory grows in the North of France with respect for the soil and the people who cultivate it. All our products are ECOCERT certified, which guarantees production that respects living ecosystems, a socially responsible sector and optimal product quality.

Respect the environment
Our priority: zero waste. We have imagined a 100% recyclable bottle, without any plastic, made of glass, reusable as you wish. We will soon be introducing a bulk format to be able to refill your favorite bottle. In addition, the bottle labels are produced from sugar cane fibers #vegetalfirst

Made in France: the starting point of the project
We have immense assets in France to produce exceptional products. Chicory is manufactured in the North of France using unique know-how for over a hundred years. Chicory is a richness of our territory, so we might as well enjoy a drink that does not travel the entire planet to arrive in our cup.

Social values
Nouré's mission is to support the French organic chicory industry and to promote this extraordinary plant that is chicory. In addition, our chicory is bottled in a workshop which employs people with disabilities in the Paris region all year round.
