Iced chai chicory latte
The perfect recipe to quench your thirst in the summer, to make to treat yourself!
For 1 large glass
- 2 teaspoons of chicory (N°1 - The Original) Nourea
- 100ml of water
- 150ml of milk
- 1 teaspoon muscovado or rapadura sugar
- 2 cloves
- 1 pinch of cinnamon
- 2 crushed cardamom berries
- 1 star anise
- 1 pinch of freshly ground pepper
- Ice cubes
Preparation steps
Bring water to a boil. In a heatproof container, add the chicory, cinnamon and ground pepper. Close a tea ball containing the cloves, crushed cardamom pods and star anise. Pour the boiling water into the container and immerse the tea ball in it. Leave to infuse for 4 minutes.
Fill a large glass with ice cubes. Pour in the chai/chicory mixture then the milk. Enjoy chilled, it’s ready! 😉
