Tired of being tired?
Fatigue often sets in and by Monday morning, we feel exhausted. So of course, it is linked to all our activities but also to stress, which is sometimes caused by our diet.
To regain your energy, you can for example:
⚡️ Try to limit your coffee and tea consumption. In fact, the stimulants they contain, which we consider to be the “little boost”, are in reality a false energy which increases the level of cortisol, the stress hormone. Cortisol acts on the quality of our sleep, this essential element of recovery for our body (and the beauty of our skin as a result). Not to mention that fatigue can cause a disruption in blood sugar levels.
🍩 Limit sugar to certain specific times (after meals and not in the morning). Just like coffee, sugar consumption leads to an increase in cortisol, while paradoxically we eat sweet products to relax, it's a vicious circle 😙
🍞🍔 Avoid gluten and industrial foods which are not our allies because they require a lot of digestive effort and cause an inflammatory reaction. Not to mention processed foods, the absence of good nutrients, vitamins and minerals which harms our body and does not allow it to function well.
